A wall (or desk) calendar designed to help you focus your time and energy on your intentions and goals. Includes two clips to use to hang your calendar up on the wall.

This Calendar is made up of the following tools:

- Intention: Write a word or phrase that represents how you want to feel and live throughout the month. (for example: flow, peace, patience, etc)

- Big Goal: Write your big goal for the month or year so you don't loose track of the bigger picture with all your day-to-day to do lists.

- Daily Challenge: Write your daily challenge, something you'd like to practice every (or almost every) day during the month (for example: meditating every morning, reading 10 pages a day, etc). Check a bubble each day that you complete your challenge.

- Monthly Calendar: Fill in your calendar activities as you do on any ol' calendar.

- Weekly Goals: Write down your weekly goals and action steps you can take to achieve it. Yours weekly goal can help you stay focused on your Big Goal.

- Observations & Learnings: Write down what you learn about yourself throughout the month based on how you spend your time. (For example: "When I workout I am more productive")

- Gratitude & Reflection: Write down the things you're grateful for, celebrating, and reflecting on throughout the month or at the end of it! 

- Mantra: Each month has a short phrase that can be used as a reminder to stay focused
